"Cancel button basically did nothing"
I tried to cancel my order literally a few minutes after placing it, but there still wasn’t any option to do it. Kind of annoying, honestly. Support got back to me and just said to wait for the delivery, which felt pointless. I mean, they were polite, so that’s something, but the whole cancellation thing was useless

"Delivery took way too long"
I ordered some baby items from FirstCry thinking they’d reach in 2-3 days, but it ended up taking almost a week. The tracking also wasn’t updating properly, so I had no idea where the order was or when it would come. Since it was urgent, I had to go buy the same things from a nearby shop anyway, which was just... frustrating. Customer care wasn’t helpful either, just kept giving the same copy-paste kind of reply. Overall, really bad delivery experience.

"Saved a Nice Amount on Diapers"
I was in a stressed mood trying to stock up on diapers without spending too much, so I was happy to see I ended up saving a decent amount. Definitely made the purchase feel a lot better.

"Rude courier, but the delivery got done"
The courier guy was rude when he showed up, which left a bad impression. I didn’t want to make a big issue out of it since the package did arrive, but the way he spoke to me wasn’t great. I guess the delivery itself was fine, just the attitude could have been much better.

"Not too happy about the privacy part"
Used firstcry.com for some baby stuff, and the shopping experience itself was fine. Found what I needed, ordering was simple enough, and nothing really went wrong there.
But after browsing, started getting way too many related ads and messages. Maybe that’s normal these days, but felt like my info was being used a bit too much. Wish the privacy settings were easier to find and understand

They did help me out eventually, and I do appreciate that. The replies were a bit slow and I had to follow up a couple of times, which was a little frustrating — though to be fair, once they got back to me, they were helpful and got things sorted.

"Good savings with their loyalty points"
I shop on FirstCry often, like, mostly for my baby’s regular stuff, and the loyalty points thing has actually been useful for me. The points keep getting added after orders, and I’ve used them a few times during checkout without much hassle.

It’s not, you know, some huge discount every single time, but over a few orders it does add up to decent savings. For things like diapers, wipes, and baby clothes, even small savings kind of matter a lot, especially when you’re buying them again and again.
The app is also fairly easy to use, though yeah, sometimes the offers can feel a bit confusing. Still, I’m giving 5 stars because, overall, the loyalty value is genuinely helpful for regular parents like me.

"The promo messages just don’t stop"
I ordered from FirstCry one time, and since then it feels like I’ve been put on every possible promo list they have. SMS, emails, app notifications, something or the other keeps coming every day. I’ve already tried unsubscribing, and I’m tired of having to keep explaining or opting out again and again. I get that they have offers and sales, but after a point it just feels like spam. The site may be fine, but this much messaging is really too much.

"Something felt off with the age range"
I ordered this toy from firstcry because it was marked 3+, but something felt off once we opened it. It seemed more suited for an older kid, especially with the smaller parts and instructions that weren’t very easy to follow. My child lost interest quickly. I just wish the age suitability was mentioned more clearly.

"Product details didn’t match the actual dress"
I ordered a baby dress from FirstCry after going through the description carefully, especially the material and size details. But when it arrived, it didn’t line up with what was mentioned at all. The fabric felt much cheaper than expected, and the sizing also seemed off. I usually compare photos, descriptions, and reviews before buying, and this one just didn’t follow the pattern of what was promised. Had to return it, which was a waste of time. They really need to keep the product details accurate.

"Am I the only one whose payment got stuck?"
Am I the only one who had this happen? My payment got stuck for no clear reason, and then the refund took way longer than expected. I kept waiting for a proper update, but there wasn’t really any clear communication, which made the whole thing frustrating.

I ordered something from Firstcry and the return process was a real headache. The pickup kept getting delayed, and every time I contacted customer care, they just gave the same reply. Even after the product was picked up, the refund took ages to come through. Im really not happy with how this went and I wont be ordering again anytime soon.

"Poor quality for the price"
I ordered baby clothes from FirstCry.com. The quality was really disappointing. The fabric felt thin and rough. After just one wash, the color started fading. The stitching also came loose on one side. I expected better for the price. I don’t think I’ll buy clothes from here again...

"It was okay, but something felt off"
I visited the firstcry store recently, it was just an okay experience. The staff was nice and did try to help, so that part was fine. But the billing took longer than expected, and a few sizes I wanted just weren’t available, which was a bit frustrating. Prices seemed decent, nothing too great or too bad. Overall, I don’t know, it wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t feel as smooth as it should have.

“This website is a complete scam. They continuously deceive and defraud countless individuals, just like they did to me when they took my hard-earned money without delivering the item. Now they have the audacity to claim that the item has been delivered. Their customer care and staff are absolutely terrible. I strongly suspect that they receive a commission for each person they scam.”

“This is definitely a scam. It's click baiting at its worst. I can't believe Firstcry would stoop to this level. I placed an order for a cot cum bed with a mattress combo pack, but they only sent the cot cum bed. When I contacted customer care, they initially admitted their mistake but then tried to claim that I had only ordered the cot cum bed and not the combo. I even sent them a screenshot of my purchase, clearly showing that it was a combo and it still appears as a combo in my purchase history. In simple terms, this is outright click baiting. I strongly advise you to be extremely cautious if you decide to order from this site.”
